Central to the development program is acceptance on the part of all governing bodies, as well as - administration, volunteers and staff, donors and friends - of a common philosophy and of common goals.
Only then can an organization describe its purpose effectively whether it be to itself or to its constituents. When such consensus has been achieved, each area of the organization can then add constructively to the desired progress.

A feasibility study tests the readiness of your constituency towards a philanthropic process. The study enables you to determine the fund raising potential relative to the funding objectives and cultivates leaders, volunteers and donors.
The feasibility study has nothing to do with the structural integrity of the building, layout, architecture or engineering - although some helpful data may evolve in these areas. Rather, it presents the project under consideration - the heart of the case statement - and the proposed campaign to fund the project (some or all). Our study consists of confidential interviews with a representation of identified leaders - those upon whom you will be depending for the success of the campaign.
The results of the study enable us to customize the campaign so that it addresses many different objectives and maximizes strengths while minimizing weaknesses. It enables us to involve the entire 'universe' - not just the 'same ole faces'. And it enables us to begin the educational process - teaching, informing, cultivating, identified leaders.

- Determines fund raising potential and campaign readiness
