Founded in 1985, Federico Associates is dedicated to serving churches, schools and other non-profit organizations seeking to strengthen stewardship through success in philanthropy and the pursuit of their highest destiny. A Statement of our Operation: Our associates, with more than 100 years of professional experience, have served more than 650 religious, educational and community organizations.
- Located in West Chester, PA, we are committed to serving our local community focused on the Greater Delaware Valley Area (90% of our clients), yet have extended to include the Dormition Abbey in Jerusalem and the Basilica of the Four Crowned Martyrs in Rome. We are privileged to have served more than 650 parishes / churches, schools and other institutions.
- Prior to founding Federico Associates, Peter G. Federico helped establish many development programs, including those at Neumann College, Cabrini College, Harcum College, Immaculata University, Gwynedd-Mercy College, Manor College, Malvern Prep, Villanova University, the Catholic diocese of Wilmington and the Catholic diocese of Camden.
- We believe the blueprint for philanthropy (fund raising) in an institution ought to be a direct reflection of that institution's situation, its objectives, its personnel, its ambience, its mission and its dream.
- We believe that all elements of philanthropic development - a capital campaign, annual giving, estate planning, communications / public relations, planning, etc. - are interrelated and must be viewed as a cohesive whole.
- We consider our service to be successful only when - in addition to realizing fundraising goals - it has also enhanced the awareness of mission and strengthened community.
- We formed Federico & Cummings in 1992 in order to focus attention on specific services, such as increasing offertories, processing mailings, and supporting data management. Federico, Cummings & Zambo was established in 2000 to bring our philosophy and programs to the dioceses of Allentown and Scranton. During the past year we have created three separate and distinct companies.
- We provide and customize the type of program we know each client deserves - one which raises the targeted dollars; and in such a way that the extended family feel better called to play a pivotal role in God's plan for each. By way of analogy, we prefer to teach people how to fish rather than simply giving them fish.
